Sourcing Raw Material

Our experts source the best yarn for weaving, dyes for dyeing and packaging materials. We use high quality raw materials.

Weaving & Dyeing

After procuring raw material, the weaving begins on our looms to produce terry cloth which then goes through the dyeing process.

Cutting, Stitching & Packing

After weaving & dyeing - cutting, stitching and packing of towels is performed. We ensure at every stage quality controls tests are conducted.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Canaria Textile proudly owns a state of the art textiles manufacturing facility staffing a dedicated quality control team to comply with the set production standards.

We are ISO certified and hold OEKO Tex 100 certification. We have latest weaving machinery and technologies enabling us to consistently manufacture high quality terry towels. Use of latest technology enables us to produce strong, multi-layers packaging materials with minimum waste and higher productivity.

Towels Weight & GSM

Towels weight is determined by the GSM - the higher the GSM, the heavier will be the towel. Towels GSM range from 300gsm to 800gsm. We usually ship between 350gsm to 700gsm

Colours & Dyes

Towels are dyed in different shades. These shades vary from pastel to dark. We are also shipping towels in both reactive and indanthrene dyes. Hospitality & Healthcare predominantly used white towels.

Stitching & Packing

Towels are stitched and packed as per clients instructions. Home textiles customers usually require fancy packaging whereas the hospitality sector usually sticks to bulk packaging.

Quality Control

At every process we ensure strict quality control procedures are adhered to. We are ISO 9001:2015 & OEKO Tex 100 certified.

Shipments

After Packaging and final QC inspection we usually ship the consignments in 20ft or 40ft containers. We also use air cargo for urgent shipments.
