Canaria Tex sources combed cotton and technical fibers rated for hospitality and healthcare use. Every batch is checked for GSM consistency, colorfastness and durability before production, supporting our ISO 9001 and OEKO-TEX certification. This covers materials for our full range: towels, bathrobes, bedding and bath mats the same standard whether an order is 500 units or 50,000, for hospitality, healthcare or spa use.
Production runs through our own facility, covering weaving, dyeing and stitching under one roof. Weaving sets the base GSM and structure of each towel, bathrobe or bedding piece; dyeing is controlled for colorfastness across repeat orders; stitching is finished for consistency. Keeping every step in-house means we control quality directly, which is what makes OEM and private label specifications repeatable at scale.
Our logistics team manages export documentation, freight booking and customs paperwork for every shipment leaving the facility. Orders are packed to destination-market requirements, then dispatched via sea or air freight depending on order size and timeline. We coordinate directly with buyers in Europe and North America on shipping schedules, with priority scheduling for Spain and Germany orders, through to arrival.

Canaria Tex is an OEM and private label manufacturer of towels, bathrobes and bedding, founded in 1999. Over 27 years, the company has built a South Asia-based production base serving hospitality, healthcare and spa buyers internationally, with manufacturing centered on combed cotton and technical fibers engineered for durability under high-volume commercial use, not just retail-grade wear, and rated for repeat industrial laundering.
Production is certified under ISO 9001 for quality management and OEKO-TEX for material safety, covering every stage from raw fiber sourcing through weaving, dyeing and stitching under one roof. Keeping production in-house allows Canaria Tex to hold consistent GSM, colorfastness and finishing across both small OEM sample runs and large repeat wholesale orders, without relying on third-party subcontractors who introduce quality variation between batches.
Buyers include hotel groups, healthcare facilities, spas, and retail or wholesale partners across Europe and North America. Rather than offering generic wholesale stock, Canaria Tex works directly with procurement teams on OEM specification, private label branding, and order volumes matched to each buyer’s market from first sample approval through to ongoing repeat supply, with a single point of contact managing the relationship end to end throughout.
