Weaving & Dyeing
After procurement, weaving begins on our looms to produce terry cloth, which then moves through a controlled dyeing process.
Cutting, Stitching & Packing
Cutting, stitching and packing follow weaving & dyeing. Quality control tests are conducted at every stage before goods leave the floor.

Canaria Tex operates a state-of-the-art textile manufacturing facility, equipped with advanced technologies and supported by a dedicated quality control team. We produce towels, bedding, bathrobes, throws, bath mats, scrub suits, and related products for clients worldwide.
Our production floor uses cutting-edge weaving machinery and modern textile technology to deliver premium-grade terry towels that meet evolving market demands — with consistency from order to order.
We also use advanced equipment for durable, multi-layered packaging engineered to withstand handling and transit while protecting product integrity through to destination.

GSM, dyes, packing, QC, shipping and client updates — the details that keep global buyers coming back.
Towels Weight & GSM
Towel weight is set by GSM — higher GSM means a heavier towel. Ranges run from 300gsm to 800gsm; we typically ship between 350gsm and 700gsm.
Colours & Dyes
Shades from pastel to dark, in reactive and indanthrene dyes. Hospitality and healthcare orders are predominantly white.
Stitching & Packing
Stitched and packed to client instructions — fancy packaging for home textiles, bulk packaging preferred by hospitality.
Quality Control
Strict QC at every process. We are ISO 9001:2015 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
Shipments
After packing and final QC, consignments typically move in 20ft or 40ft containers — with air cargo available for urgent orders.
